Silicon Valley, CA – Generative AI, the technology every company with a vested interest in saying so agrees will soon take over the world continues to have to beg users to try it.
“AI is coming. There’s simply nothing anyone can do about it other than learn to accept it,” said a representative for google, whose company saw an impressive 85% increase in users trying AI after google made it a de-facto requirement for using any google product.
“When you have a technology so powerful it can make the Godfather but with cats, or write an entire University essay with only 30-35 errors, or…make Saving Private Ryan but with cats, there’s simply nothing that can hold it back.”
Google’s closest competitor Meta is also extremely confident in the future of their AI technology and the benefits it will bring users, which is why they now ask ‘do you want to use AI to do this’ for every post on facebook and insta, followed by 8 ‘please?’ pop-ups after users click no.
“Obviously I’m worried about the potential side-effects of AI. Environmental catastrophe, economic unrest, boomers having even less idea of what’s real and what’s not then they do now,” said OpenAI’s Sam Altman. “But at the end of the day you have to give the customer what they want. And someone…somewhere wants to watch Ben Hur but with cats.”
At press time OpenAI had a 400 trillion dollar valuation after securing their 85th paying customer.
