TORONTO – Hey, thanks for jumping on this call. I’m just going to go ahead and record, if that’s ok, thanks.
I wanted to put this 1:1 in your calendar during the awkward three days between Christmas and New Years to make we’re level set on your KPIs. My only ask for Christmas is you meeting and exceeding your performance goals.
I don’t think it’s a huge lift.
So just remember to follow the MERRY guideline when detailing your accomplishments:
MEASURE: What numbers support my goals? How much PTO did I take? How did that impact the company?
EARNINGS: How much revenue did your work generate for the company? Use the formula I provided in February.
ROBUST: Is that how you would describe your work? If not, keep trying
REALLY: Really important to have this to me by end of day.
YEAR: There are no year end bonuses.
Big plans during the holidays? Just hung around the house with the family? Oh, I’m taking the girlfriend skiing. No, in France. I won’t be back until Valentine’s. Yeah, kids are with their mom this year. Again, yes.
No, I’m not a big Christmas guy either and the only real present I ever want is you hitting those targets and staying on that career development path we discussed at the end of Q2.
Happy Holidays!
Next year you’re being replaced with AI.
Gotta jump.
