So-called “centrist” doesn’t even know how to pronounce Pierre Poilievre

Ottawa, Ontario – Self-proclaimed political centrist DougieLove4514 recently admitted he couldn’t even pronounce Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre’s name.

“I wouldn’t say I belong to either side of the spectrum,” the Twitter user said in a video. “And even though I really only share the media critical of Trudeau and tweet positively about conservatives, I just really believe in Pierre Pool-ee-evrey.”

Many other centrists on the platform called out DougieLover4514 for his seemingly falsely balanced beliefs as he clearly hasn’t put in the real work. “How can this guy pretend to be objective,” replied twitter user HockeyDadFUTrudeau in his own video. “You’re only a political centrist if you only have negative things to say about Trudeau, coincidentally agree with conservatives on most issues, and can properly pronounce both Justin Trudeau and Pierre Poul-eh-viva-ree’s name without issue.”

After followers of both outspoken centrists realized neither could properly pronounce Pierre’s last name, a small crisis occurred within the Canadian-centrist community, leaving them wondering if they were all truly treating both sides equally.

“These are the kind of learning moments we as a community love,” explained TruckRDie in his own post to Twitter. “We’re sort of the keepers of truth and justice on this app, and while we used to be confident that our hatred for the liberals and love of the conservatives kept us decent, we now realize that if we can’t say Pierre Poolenddebeboopboop with the same confidence as we say fuck Trudeau, are we really that open-minded? Trudeau is the only name we can say?”

Reporting on the issue has become easier, since every single one of these comments are made by Twitter Blue users, which are collected right at the top.

As the majority of centrist Twitter make up a large part of Pierre’s base, the politician reached out to the group in a video admitting them he too often could not pronounce his own “fucked up pretentious-ass name.”
