TORONTO – Ontario Premier Doug Ford and his government is taking immediate action on a COVID-19 lockdown in the next 96-120 hours.
“It was a difficult decision, but we’re swiftly acting within the week without ruining Christmas,” explained Ford who still needed some time to finish holiday shopping for his family. “I will listen to the health care experts starting on December 26th at 12:01 AM.”
Businesses who have not prepared for the past ten months need more time to prepare, say Health Minister Christine Elliott.
“I will not turn my back on a small business owner who is on life-support, metaphorically speaking,” said Elliott.
At press time, the premier said he will start testing international travellers at the airport if the feds don’t do it within the next decade.
