TORONTO – Toronto mayoral candidate John Tory has chosen not to vote for his first choice for mayor and voted for himself instead.
“It was a tough decision, but we can’t afford another four years of a Ford mayor,” Tory said with a sigh. “This is one of the drawbacks of our electoral system; you have to convince yourself that you’re doing the right thing for your city even though you think the candidate is a half-wit at best. Honestly, I would have voted for Chow if I thought she had a chance.”
At press time, the former PC leader and businessman reported feeling a little dirty after casting his ballot.
