Revolutionary new management book uses metaphor to explain management

– Business luminaries the world over have been heaping praise on a new entitled A Zebra on the Ladder, which is the first ever volume to teach managerial skills and philosophy through the use of metaphor.

“By taking something that isn’t usually associated with management and connecting it to management this book shows us that management is not only management, it’s also something else,” said the author Marvin Williams, a former CEO. “And that something else? Well, that might surprise you.”

A Zebra on the Ladder explains that many common management problems are easily understood and solved by thinking of them as different problems.

“See, a lot of things are like what they are,” explained Williams. “But often times these things are also just as much like things that they… aren’t.

“And that’s why to be a good manager you have to be a zebra on the ladder.”

A Zebra on the Ladder comes out this spring, shortly followed by the world’s first simile management book: Management is Like The Art of War.
