OTTAWA – Mayor-elect Jim Watson is oblivious to his victory after blocking most Twitter accounts that he has deemed as trolls.
Watson, who handily won his third term, blocked every media source, the City of Ottawa, and anyone suggesting an alternative to his platform.
However, his rigid censorship of any dissent has prevented the mayor from any form of communication with his staff and even family members who have been trying to extend congratulatory messages.
