Inspired by Donald Sterling’s recent racist remarks, the hordes of disappointed and racist Boston Bruins fans took to twitter to voice their displeasure about the race of Montreal Canadiens overtime hero P.K. Subban.
“Three weeks ago, I probably would have just called P.K. an asshole or a pussy,” said Bruins superfan and prolific tweeter @DersTroubleBruin “but Donald Sterling reminded us that racism is an important part of sports. He’s like the Jackie Robinson of racism.“
At press time, Montreal Canadiens fans were researching Slovakian slurs to direct at Zdeno Chara during Game 2.
