MONTREAL — Sources say local couple Emily and Mark are spending the long weekend by talking about going camping more seriously than ever.
“They’re really going for it this year,” said friend of the couple, Jorge. “I’ve never seen them talk about considering maybe picking a weekend to go camping quite this intensely before.”
Friends say they were thrilled to receive photos of the couple shopping for gear at Canadian Tire. “It’s so exciting!” said their neighbour Maria. “It’s almost like they actually went camping! We’ve talked about it, but we’ve never made it as far as the camping aisle before… I can’t wait to hear their stories!”
Reports say the pair almost decided to go at 2pm on Monday, but then an ice cream truck came by and that was easier.
