VANCOUVER – Jeffrey Elliot, born in 1981, has once again inserted himself into a colleagues’ conversation to remind them that he is also considered a millennial.
“I just think it’s important that when you say ‘millennial’ you aren’t just referring to 22 year olds.” said Elliot. “I am also young, I mean a millennial.”
“As someone who came of age in the new millennium, I just think people don’t understand what our generation is going through, with like housing prices and the job market and being woke and all that,” he added.
Elliot has insisted on attending social media strategy meetings in order to give the millennial’s perspective on what apps they are into these days, despite the fact that he still uses a blackberry.
“When I say millennial I don’t usually picture someone with a 10 year old daughter and adult onset diabetes,” stated workmate Denise Tamms. “I know he fits into the millennial age bracket, but he isn’t helping himself by constantly asking me ‘who Arianas Griande is.’”
At press time Elliot was devastated to learn that everyone only cares about Generation Z now.
