TORONTO — Former Toronto mayor Rob Ford has just announced a lucrative multi-thousand dollar tracksuit deal with Adidas.
After recently having signed NBA heartthrob James Harden, Adidas’ is looking to expand its sponsorship roster to include both athletes and national disgraces.
Ford is collaborating with Adidas’ on their new, highly-anticipated line of “Big and Tall x Rob Ford” monogrammed velour and silk tracksuits.
The line features a wide variety of patterns including “chicken wing sauce army fatigue” “I have many Jamaican friends tri-colour” and the signature “sweating under indictment” model. The tracksuits feature many innovative technologies including an easy-to-tamper-with fitness tracker and multiple hidden pockets for “whatever.”
When contacted about his new venture, Ford stated that he plans to use the money from the deal to start up a charity that will bring much-needed tracksuits to under-privileged children in the Greater Toronto Area.
