OTTAWA – Justin Trudeau is proudly celebrating the arrival of his third child by misspelling the poor newborn’s name on the birth certificate.
“It was a joke” explained an amused Trudeau. “I thought it would be funny to name my son after a Roman Emperor. But now I’ve realized I’ve made light of the serious issue of naming my son after a rather ruthless dictator. Now, he’ll forever be known as ‘Hadrian’ rather than the agreed upon name of ‘Adrian.’ I apologize.”
In the response to the gaffe, Immigration Minister Chris Alexander stated that Trudeau was way in “over his head.”
“If he can’t take a birth certificate seriously, imagine how he would treat picking a private school or choosing a musical instrument for his son to play” Minister Alexander stated. “The man can not be trusted.”
