OTTAWA – After Justin Trudeau admitted to smoking pot while he was an MP, Prime Minister Stephen Harper confessed today that he once failed to take proper safety measures while riding his bike.
“I took a big risk a couple of years ago when I was Prime Minister,” Harper admitted at a press conference at 24 Sussex Drive. “What I did may one day be against a municipal by-law here in Ottawa. But the kids were out, I needed the exercise and the weather conditions were good.”
Harper reassured the public that he has not taken any more dangerous actions while bicycling such as not using appropriate hand signals to indicate a turn or not riding on a designated bike path.
“I don’t regret what I did, but I know some people will have problems with my actions” Harper added before he invited journalist back to his place to smoke a bowl and watch Harold and Kumar go to White Castle.
