Nation appalled by the U.S. losing 1500 migrants not as concerned that Canada has lost 4,000 Indigenous women

– Since the story of the immigration enforcement agency known as ICE losing 1500 migrant went viral over the weekend, thousands of people from the country that ignored the missing and murdered indigenous ’s crisis have been shaking their heads at how terrible the United States has become.

“It’s just so heartbreaking. I mean, what kind of civilized country would allow such an atrocity to take place?” said Carol Gwyn of , a civilized country that has recently allowed a much worse atrocity to take place.

“I don’t understand why people aren’t rioting in the streets,” added Richard Lott, who has repeatedly told friends and family that he thinks the inquiry is a waste of government resources.

Sources inside the U.S. government have defended ICE, noting that many of the children were released to family members that have not kept in touch with the agency. However that reasoning has not stopped the fury felt by many in Canada, where the family members of the missing women have had no contact.

“I’m so glad I live in Canada where we would never allow this kind of treatment for a vulnerable population,” tweeted Devon Neumeier unironically.

“How could Americans elect someone with no respect for human dignity,” said Gregory Johnson, who is planning to vote for in next week’s election.

Prime Minister has already called President to register our nation’s concerns. While on the phone he also mentioned the fact that Flint Michigan does not have clean drinking water, an issue that no white Canadian has had to deal with for decades.
